Acceptance
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order from Proaim. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders submitted or to be submitted by you for any item or product offered to you on or via Proaim website. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
Delivery
We will make the ultimate effort to make sure the product is dispatched and delivered at the earliest. You can access further details for the same at - shipping details. However, do let us know if you have not received your purchase within 14 days from purchase.
Note: Signature will be required upon delivery.
Payment
We want to give more power to you and hence the payments can be fulfilled using various payment modes on our website. We accept payments through PayPal and bank transfer.
We will only charge you for the product cost and the shipping cost(only if applicable). We will neither charge, nor be responsible for any local sales tax or customs duties on the products that might be levied on international shipments.
Warranty
We take immense pride in our products yet we provide a 1-year warranty on all our products. In case of any faults during the warranty period, we will replace the products at no extra cost including the shipping.
After the warranty period, we will charge nominal costs for the replacement parts, if at all required. However, shipping charges will be applicable.

Liability
Seller does not assume, and the customer indemnifies Seller against any liability or claims resulting from the use or malfunction of the equipment. Buyer assumes all liability that may arise from use or failure of the equipment.
Malfunctioning Equipment
In the case of malfunctioning Equipment, Seller's only liability to Buyer is for the Cost of the Equipment Sold. Seller shall not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from malfunctions.
