SHIPPING
How will my order be shipped?
All orders received before 1:00pm CET, will be dispatched on the same day. An express shipping option can be available at an extra cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to read all the terms and conditions before placing an order. Deliveries may be delayed if we do not have the correct contact details for you. We ship with UPS, if your address is in a remote location as specified by UPS, there can be delays. For critical shipping needs, please contact us before placing the order.
Note: Orders received after 1:00pm CET will be dispatched on the next business day. Signature will be required upon delivery.
All B2C Shipments are DDP.
All B2B Customers can contact us with a Valid VAT ID Number, and we will refund any VAT Charged. You will be responsible for the taxes & custom charges and declaring this in your VAT Returns.
Since the Customs Border in UK is not completely smooth logistically, shipments are taking longer than usual to get delivered. Current delivery times are close to 7-10 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Conditions:
Returns are subjected to following conditions.
• All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
• Proaim is not responsible for any incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any article purchased with us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the purchased item only.
